How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please note that a lot of our products are made once the order is placed. Our products are carefully handcrafted by our artisans once we receive an order. From the time of order placed, it takes about 5-7 days for domestic orders and 7-10 days for international orders to reach you. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@chhotisiasha.org or call us on 91-7009544354 (Monday to Sunday, 9AM to 8PM) and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from the link provided with the order confirmation email. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
