Hamara Bank
Hamara Bank is an informal Self Help Group, where community members provide themselves with emergency micro-credit loans.
The program is entirely managed by community members and they make all decisions related to disbursement, repayment and compliance of the loans. Chhoti Si Asha mentors the SHG in overseeing the program modalities and in overall management of the program.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?
Once the order is successfully placed with us, depending on your order category we will dispatch your order within a timeline of 10-15 days on the shipping address mentioned during your order check-out. In case of any delay, an email mentioning the estimated time will be sent to you on your email ID.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all payment gateways including Credit cards, Debit Cards, Wallets, UPI and Net banking. We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD).
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES ON ORDERS?
Yes, we do offer exchange on orders placed with us both online and in-store. We can exchange the item for a different size or with any other item for the same cart value or more provided you get back to us within 3 days of you receiving the products. Thereafter, we will process the exchange in 7-10 business days after receiving back the initially ordered products from your end. Or, we can generate coupons worth the value of the returned product. You can use it within 6 months in one go.

You will receive an order confirmation mail on your registered email ID provided to us at the payment check-out section right after the payment has been made. Or you can call our customer service number in case of any issues with delay in order confirmation.
DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICK UP FOR ONLINE ORDERS?
